Recipe for Warm Lemon & Turmeric Water
Ingredients:
1/2 Lemon
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
Cup of warm water
Instructions:
Squeeze lemon and put into cup.
Add turmeric and stir well.
Add warm water.
You will probably need to continually stir as you drink as the turmeric will settle at the bottom of the cup.
